We deliver anywhere in the world to your doorstep as fast as we can at the cheapest postage rates possible. So whether you live in UK or abroad you will find our delivery charges are the best around so you pay for the product opposed to excessive delivery charges.
ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY
For mainland UK we aim to deliver next working day following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 3pm on a Friday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 3-4 working days.
A signature maybe required on some deliveries. If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands please allow extra time for delivery.
DELIVERY ADDRESS OPTIONS
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. For example, if you wish to order a gift you can have it sent directly to the person enclosed with a note of your choose. Just fill in your chosen delivery address details at the checkout when prompted.
We will be unable to change from a residential address to a business address once the order has been dispatched.
POSTAGE BY WEIGHT
Our product and packaging postage prices are determined by weight. This is so that you pay for what you are receiving. We have every one of our items determined by their true weight in our database so if you want one pair of earrings you will only be charged postage for that and not a standard charge as the majority of companies do. We realise that each one of our customer is an individual and why should a customer who is purchasing only one item have to pay the same charges as someone who is purchasing ten items. We differentiate between our customers which puts us ahead of our competitors.

From time to time we may offer free postage as a special offer to our customers. We will provide you with a code that you can enter upon checkout and this will deduct the postage costs automatically for you.
RETURNS
To return an order
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, damaged or not as described, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Items that that you don’t like can only be returned for a credit note or exchange and customer will have to pay return postage. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging marking return to sender on item, within 7 days of receipt. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics, underwear or swimwear unless faulty.
PACKAGING
All our items are packaged and handled very delicately. We package our jewellery in clear covers making sure that each piece is in immaculate condition. We then place these in stunning pouches gold, silver or black and you are most welcome to specify your preference upon checkout. They are then carefully placed in bubble wrapped envelopes marked fragile if being sent abroad.
